The invention relates to the compacted granular products of a mixture of</PTEXT>(A) at least one water-soluble dye,</PTEXT>(B) at least one extender, and</PTEXT>(C) at least one compound of formula: wherein</PTEXT>R is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic residue with 12 to 22 carbon atoms,</PTEXT>R<HIL><PDAT>1</SB><PDAT>, R<HIL><PDAT>2</SB><PDAT>, R<HIL><PDAT>3 </SB><PDAT>and R<HIL><PDAT>4 </SB><PDAT>independently of one another are each hydrogen or a residue of formula-(OCH<HIL><PDAT>2</SB><PDAT>CH<HIL><PDAT>2</SB><PDAT>)<HIL><PDAT>n</SB><PDAT>H in which n is a number from 20 to 100, and</PTEXT>B and B<HIL><PDAT>1 </SB><PDAT>independently of one another are each C<HIL><PDAT>1</SB><PDAT>-C<HIL><PDAT>4</SB><PDAT>alkylene, and optionally (D) a dust-binding oil and/or</PTEXT>(E) further additives,</PTEXT>their production and their use.</PTEXT>
