<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the accuracy of a coordinate position from being lowered by reflected waves. CONSTITUTION:When any vibration is inputted in an effective area A on a vibration transmission board 8, an arithmetic operation/control circuit 1 compares delay time from vibration source of vibrations detected by sensors 6a-6d and among areas Aa-Ad, the area adjacent to the sensor having the shortest delay time is judged as the area where the vibration is inputted. When the vibration from the judged area is reflected by a vibration-proof member and detected by the respective sensors, the coordinate position of the vibration source is calculated based on the vibrations detected by the remaining sensors excepting the sensor which most enlarges the incidental/emitting angle of reflection, namely, which detects a lot of reflected waves.</p> |
