An LCD is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the durability, by forming one of LCD panels to have a size corresponding to an opening portion of a mold frame, which is composed of the opening portion and a blocking portion. A mold frame(110) has a square frame, of which a front face is entirely opened and a rear face has an opening portion and a blocking portion. A light guiding plate(120) is positioned on the front face of the mold frame. A first diffusing plate(140) is positioned on a front face of the light guiding plate. A second diffusing plate(141) is positioned on a rear face of the light guiding plate, and inserted into the opening portion of the mold frame. A first prism sheet(130) and a second prism sheet(131) are respectively positioned on the first diffusing sheet and the second diffusing sheet. A first LCD panel(170) and a second LCD panel(171) are respectively positioned on the first prism sheet and the second prism sheet. The second LCD panel has a size corresponding to the opening portion of the mold frame.
