摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the influences of noises transmitted in the air or caused by a GND/power line without deteriorating the packaging density of a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The optical connectors R and T of an optical module are connected to the hybrid IC 23 and 24 respectively via a wire 2. The ground patterns formed on the surfaces of both IC 23 and 24 are electrically connected to a lead frame 3 via many through holes. A connection part 3e which is uified with an island part 3a is connected to the patterns S via a linear conductor 4 like a bonding wire, etc., at a position near the wire 2. Thus the influences caused by the noises transmitted in the air or caused by a GND/power line can be reduced owing to presence of the conductor 4.
