<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the effect of back wash regeneration of a filter by efficiently burning SOF(soluble organic matters) in particulates also in low-speed traveling, and also to decrease generation of white smoke and a nasty smell just after starting. CONSTITUTION:A particulate trapping equipment 14 is provided on the way of an exhaust pipe 13 connected to an exhaust manifold 12 of an engine 11. The particulate tapping equipment 4 is provided with a incineration chamber 14c in which a particulate filter 16 is provided in its inside, and a heater 17 is provided on its bottom part. A back washing nozzle 19 for blowing back washing air to the filter 16 is attached on the exhaust gas downstream side of the trapping equipment 14, and a shutoff valve 23 capable of opening and closing the downstream exhaust pipe is provided on the downstream exhaust pipe 13b on the exhaust gas downstream side from the nozzle 19. A catalyst oxide 26 is provided on the upstream exhaust pipe 13a on the exhaust gas upstream side of the particulate trapping equipment 14. It is desirable that the catalyst oxide is monolith catalyst provided with a lattice-like passage.</p> |
