<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the container body from separating from the upper cover when discharging hot water and easily unseal the discharge opening, by providing a reinforcing rib near the hot water discharging opening of the upper cover and also providing a tongue connected by a hinge as a unit with the upper cover, to close the opening. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing rib 9 is formed at the inside of a fitting part 4, in one longitudinal side of the upper cover 2 fitted to a container body 1 and a discharge opening and a tongue 6 used as an air hole are formed respectively at the outside of the reinforceing rib 9. Such a shape as the contents do not flow out on discharging hot water, an E-shaped tongue 6 for instance which swells at the middle, is connected to the upper cover 2 with a hinge. In this way, the discharge opening is fully opened by only raising the swelling of the tongue 6. When discharging hot water, the tongue is raised and the part of reinforcing rib 9 is pressed by fingers from the upper side and the container is tilted. In this case, the heat of hot water is not directly transferred to fingers and hence, the container body 1 and the upper cover 2 can be securely held to discharge hot water.</p> |
