<p>PURPOSE: To decide a phase relation between data and a clock in an appropriate state and to output identification data with simple circuit constitution in the identification device of data identifying a signal in a digital signal transmission system and an optical receiver. CONSTITUTION: Inputted data is inputted to a first identification/judgement part 32, and a delay part 33 gives a phase to it. Data is inputted to a second identification/judgement part 34 and it is identified by a single clock. The phase relation between respective pieces of identification data and the clock is judged and any identification data is outputted in accordance with a judged result by a selection part 35.</p> |
