PURPOSE: To improve heat conductivity and workability by successively stacking a heat insulation material, a structural plywood, a metallic sheet, and a floor member on a foundation floor, and arranging a pipe in which hot water, etc., flows in a groove-shaped recessed part of the metallic sheet fitted to the groove part formed in the upper surface of a structural plywood. CONSTITUTION: Heat from a pipe 8 is transferred to a floor member 10 through a metallic sheet 6, and prevented from being transferred to a platform 2 as a foundation floor by a heat insulation material such as an aluminum foil 12 attached to the lower surface of a structural plywood 4. An integrated member with the plywood 4, the metallic sheet 6, and the aluminum foil 12 is installed on the platform 2, and man-hour is greatly reduced. The lower part of a recessed part of the metallic sheet 6 and the lower part of the pipe 8 are brought into surface contact in a semi-circular manner to improve the heat conductivity. Because a groove 10a is provided in the lower surface of the floor member 10, the heat from the metallic sheet 6 is easily transferred to the inside of a room, and the heat conductivity is further improved. The heat conductivity and economy can be improved, and the work at site can be reduced. |
