The invention relates to a workpiece clamping table in accordance with the generic part of Claim 1 which is configured in such a way that it can be CNC controlled horizontally to the peripheral automation devices and in coordination with the automation devices at any angle. Said workpiece clamping table, according to the invention, is configured as a complete and compact construction unit with a magnetic supporting ring (8) as its core piece. Said magnetic supporting ring has a magnetic clamping device which can be supported, repositioned and braced, and a device for adjusting angle and position. This combination enables the workpiece clamping plate (1) to be lifted, positioned at any angle, placed in the desired rotative or planar position, lowered down and braced, with the assemblies/workpieces on it.
