The valve gear comprises a drag lever (4) which is swivelably supported with a first end-region (12) on a support member (6). The valve gear is connected at a second end-region to the valve stem (14) of a gas shuttle valve. The first ball section (22) of a ball (21) is located in a spherical recess (11) in a first end region (12) of the drag lever. The first ball section engages with a second opposite ball section (23) which is located in a spherical recess (24). The ball in the spherical recess (11) is immovably held, e.g. by pressing.
