The calculator has a screen, an alphanumeric keyboard, function keys, a processor and a data memory. A calendar function is coupled to an electronic clock. Entry fields or instructions selected via menus enable entry of prices in structured categories. A function processing unit computes additions and subtractions within calendar or user-selected time intervals and provides a summation over individual or groups of input or output categories. Totals and averages are automatically stored in a structured manner. There are additional controls, displays and storage devices
