PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door open-close device that has excellent usability and superior operability in unloading a luggage, etc., and can reduce opening or closing effort, without reducing a substantial opening area of an opening portion where a vehicle door opens and closes. SOLUTION: This vehicle door open-close device comprises a driving mechanism 30 disposed on the vehicle interior side in relation to an opening 11 where a back door 20 opens and closes, and an operation transmitting mechanism 40 that interconnects the driving mechanism 30 and the back door 20 and opens or closes the back door 20 by power of the driving mechanism 30. An arm member 42, that may be extended to vehicle outside, of the operation transmitting mechanism 40 penetrates a through hole 13 which is separately disposed outside an inner periphery edge of the opening portion 11. |
