PURPOSE: A device for transmitting voice data in a mobile communication terminal is provided to previously store determined voice data to transmit the voice data pre-stored in a memory by a determined key input when a transmitter can not directly transmit a voice, so as to make the transmitter correctly express a self mind, and to improve a using efficiency of the mobile communication terminal by adding a new function in a traffic state. CONSTITUTION: A micro phone(10) converts a voice inputted from an exterior into an analog voice signal. A voice encoder(20) compresses the analog voice signal applied from the micro phone(10), and codes the analog voice signal into a digital voice signal. A memory(30) stores the digital voice signal applied from the voice encoder(20) in a corresponding storing address. A voice decoder(40) decodes the digital voice signal applied from the memory into the analog voice signal. A multiplexor(50) selectively outputs the analog voice signal applied from the micro phone(10) and the analog voice signal applied from the voice decoder(40). A reverse communication channel(80) converts the analog voice signal applied from the multiplexor(50) into a wireless data form, and outputs the converted wireless data form. A controller(70) controls to store/output the digital voice signal for the memory(30) according to a command inputted from a key input circuit(60), and controls a signal output of the multiplexor(50) for delivering voice data stored in the memory in a traffic state.
