PURPOSE: A manufacturing method is provided to increase the length and the capacity of an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) tank without lowering rigidity as well as to enhance the rigidity of the LPG tank. CONSTITUTION: A plate is mounted between a die and punch. Three drawn bodies(1-3) are formed from the plate drawn. One(3) of the three drawn bodies has at least one curved portion formed through a roller. Then, the circular portion of the drawing body(3) is cut to have a cylindrical form. The drawing body(3) has the curved portion in the middle without a welding line. Therefore, the cylindrical portion(3) is enhanced in rigidity higher than a former middle portion. Finally, the other two drawn bodies(1,2) are positioned at both sides of the cylindrical portion(3) and then welded. Thus, an LPG tank is manufactured.
