In use of the automatic coffee maker, under the control of the control circuit, prior to heating, the pump is started to make certain cold water flow into the boiler, so as to prevent th e temperature sensor or temperature fuse from damage by heating. Therefore, the safety performance a nd the operation performance of the automatic coffee maker of the present invention are great ly improved.
