Roller consists of two flexible tubes of different cross sections, one mounted within the other. At one end tubes are fixed together and at other end both tubes are fitted with wheels (4, 6) driving them in rotation. As tubes are rolled along upper edges of side of silo tank (1) flexible protective cover is unrolled or rolled according to direction of rotation.
