PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe detailed conditions of an abnormal shadow candidate, and read a whole image in an image display system. SOLUTION: This image display system comprising a display means 1 to display abnormal shadow candidates P1, P2 and the whole body of an image (a whole image) P0 detected by an abnormal shadow candidate detection system 20, is provided with a second picture element density converting means 3 to display the abnormal shadow candidates P1, P2 in their number of picture elements as read and obtained, a first picture element density converting means 2 to display the whole image P0 in a reduced number of picture elements from that read and obtained, and a display layout setting means 4 to set layout in a display range in the display means 1 to display abnormal shadow candidates P1", P2" of equal magnification with a converted picture element density in a display range different from a range where a contracted whole image P0' with a converted picture element density is displayed. |
