<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a wind noise generated when the wind blows against steel frame. SOLUTION: The steel frame such as an angled material 2 forming a steel tower or the like is provided with a cylindrical cover 3 surrounding the external circumference. This cylindrical cover is formed to have the cross-section in the shape of alphabet C and is rounded to provide the overlapped end portions thereof. Moreover, this cylindrical cover is formed like a spring for energizing toward the center side of cylinder, and a pawl portion 8 which is engaged with the angled portion of steel frame is formed at the internal side of the cylindrical cover.</p> |
