PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information concerning time sequential flow of parts with a plurality of producers and a plurality of suppliers as subjects in the parts distribution market. SOLUTION: In the method, the state of inventory of the parts is managed, production schedule information from the plurality of the producers and time sequential supply schedule information from the plurality of the suppliers are waited for (102, 104 and 106). In this case, when the production schedule information from one of the producers or the supply schedule information from one of the suppliers is received or when the state of the parts inventory is varied, the time sequential required quantity of the parts to be supplied by each supplier is calculated by carrying out allocation of reservation of the parts from the inventory based on the manufacture schedule information (112), supply schedule information, the state of the inventory of the parts, the priority order of allocating reservation in regard to each manufacturer and the priority order of the allocating reservation in regard to each supplier. Then, the information concerning the time sequential flow of parts including the required quantity of calculated parts and the state of the allocated reservation of the inventory is provided to the plurality of the producers and the plurality of the suppliers (114). After that, the processes 102 to 114 are repeated. |
