PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle capable of ensuring the optimum visibility. SOLUTION: In this industrial vehicle provided with a mast 2 arranged in front of the vehicle and a head guard 10 constituted by supporting a roof 7 by a front pillar 8 and a rear pillar 9 erected behind the mast 2 and in the front and rear of a driver's seat 5, the front pillar 8 is arranged on a straight line connecting a position E of eye of an operator at the driver's seat 5 with the mast 2.
