PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lithographic printing plate for cutting a bundle of stacked bundles satisfactorily in a manufacturing method for manufacturing a package of the stacked bundle in which a membrane face (a photosensitive layer side) of the lithographic printing plate is arranged on a lower side. SOLUTION: This lithographic printing plate 10 cut to master size on a cutting line 100 is alternately overlapped with slip sheet 14 while a membrane face is arranged on an upper side to form the stacked bundle 12. The stacked bundle 12 is temporarily stored in a rack warehouse and then cut to desired product size in a bundle cutting process 200. Upper and lower faces of it are inverted in an inversion process 220, and the membrane face of the lithographic printing plate is arranged on the lower side.
