PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning device of construction machinery of which a shaft housing can be easily machined with high precision and simplified in shape. SOLUTION: This turning device of the construction machinery is provided with a pinion shaft 50 for transmitting driving force of an upper part turning body 4 to a pinion 60, the shaft housing 24 having upper and lower bearings 52, 54 supporting the pinion shaft 50 rotatably and mounting flanges 66, 74 above and below them, and at least three projections 78 to 82 formed integrally on an outer peripheral face of a boss 70 in the shaft housing 24 and used in chucking the shaft housing 24 when machining it.
