PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of driving a portable apparatus by a dry battery at emergency while maintaining small size and reduced thickness of a battery housing part and the portable apparatus, and to make it unnecessary to carry a dry battery case in order to preventing such a situation that the portable apparatus system can not be driven by the dry battery in case of leaving the battery case beind. SOLUTION: Members constituting a battery housing part, members which can be housed in the battery housing part, or members attached to the portable apparatus are utilized as a dry battery holding means, a battery connection means, and an apparatus connection means.
