PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pressure feeding system for a liquid jetting device, which maintains a sealing function of a valve in a good condition, and suitably exerts a liquid pressure feeding function, and to provide a liquid pressure feeding method for the liquid jetting device. SOLUTION: The liquid pressure feeding system is equipped with a pump section 46 for discharging pressurized gas; a pressurized gas feeding passage 27 for leading the pressurized gas discharged from the pump section, into a liquid storing body which is formed so as to deliver stored liquid toward a liquid jetting head side provided for the liquid jetting device, based on pressurized force of the pressurized gas; a valve arranged across the pressurized gas feeding passage, for communicating between the inside and outside of the pressurized gas feeding passage when opened; a determining means for determining whether or not the pressurized gas feeding passage is in a hermetically sealed state; and a controlling means for opening/closing the valve, based on a determination result of the determining means when power supply to the liquid jetting device is interrupted.
