PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the stator voltage output of an alternating-current motor to appropriately perform output control. SOLUTION: A MOS-type rectifying bridge and a separately provided rectifying circuit convert the stator voltage of the alternating-current motor into a direct-current voltage and the size of the voltage is determined, and whether the magnitude of the voltage is large or small, and whether the voltage is overvoltage or undervoltage, whereby the voltage can be used as the monitor by controlling the drive circuit of the MOS-type rectifying bridge.
