A bag for fishing usable as a fish preserve having good waterproof property is provided to prevent water invasion for protecting contents in the bag such as fishing implement and food, to prevent leaking of water in case of being used as a fish preserve. The bag for fishing usable as a fish preserve having good waterproof property includes: a main body of bag(11) including an inner cover(13), which comprises an opening part(17), a side wall part(15), and a bottom surface part(14); and an outer cover(12) closing the opening part of the main body of bag. The inner cover(13) is connected to the main body of bag(11) through a fastener(35).
