Part of diffused bunch is scanned by photodetector (4). An electrical signal from the photodetector (4) is after processing in electronic circuit evaluates by computer with special software, eventually by special electronic evaluate assembly. At scan of perfect surface is detected only noise signal, which evokes diffusion of reflected laser beam to outside, shows than voltage signal on output from photodetector (4).
