PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically useful stabilizer system. SOLUTION: In the system provided with a stabilizer bar and an actuator for changing the roll restricting force of the stabilizer bar, when switching operation mode of a motor as a driving source of the actuator, operating condition of the motor is gradually changed so as to smoothly operate the actuator. Concretely, in the case of changing mode of the motor from a normal direction mode as a state that the motor generates the force in the normal direction (cw state) to a reverse direction mode as a state that the motor generates the force in the reverse direction (ccw state), when switching mode, the cw state, the ccw state and the state possible to brake with power generation (brk state) are made to exist together by dividing time so as to realize a special switching state. In this special switching state, operating condition of the motor can be gradually changed, and vibration and noise of the actuator due to a sudden change of operating condition of the motor can be effectively relaxed.
