PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like that saves memory resources and reduces a processing load by adjusting a data amount of bitmap image data developed from a band constituting a page image. SOLUTION: The image processor has a conversion means, which converts printing data having a printing command of an image object for each page to an intermediate code for each band region being a part of the page image so as to prepare a pallet having color data used in the band, and a development means for developing reference data, which are used for referring to the color data of the pallet on the basis of the intermediate code for each band, in a bitmap memory as the bitmap image data.
