PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate forming system suitable for forming on a pedestal a laminate, wherein an intermediate layer equipped with a resin layer is arranged between upper and lower fiber reinforced plastic layers. SOLUTION: The laminate forming system is provided with a first device 2 having a function for forming a resin layer and a second device 3 having a function for forming inside and outside fiber reinforced plastic layers in forming the laminate, wherein the intermediate layer containing at least one resin layer compounded with the crushed matter or powder of a resin molded article is arranged between the inside and outside fiber reinforced plastic layers, on the pedestal 1 and the first and second devices are respectively made movable with respect to the pedestal.
