摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of sound calculation processing in the whole video and sound distribution system and to eliminate the need of decoding sound to calculate sound volume.

SOLUTION: The video and sound distribution system has a means for generating numeric data including the sound volume of sound data in a first terminal and a means for determining a terminal to which video data is requested based on the received numeric data in a terminal which receives the numeric data.
