<p>A base panel is suspended from different size chains secured to the corners of the upper frame of a wheel-mounted carriage, the chains being provided with safety devices to prevent fingers becoming trapped. The bottom ends of the chains are secured to the short sides of the panel via flat metal bars extending along the short sides of the carriage. A metal pin extends through the centre of the panel and into a shaft underneath, which is connected to a motor axle, allowing the panel to be moved up and down as well as sideways.</p> |
