PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle capable of mounting a plurality of pieces of electric equipment without requiring a special supporting bracket or a special large disposing space. SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame 2 has a box-shaped portion 10' opening at upper end. Lower side electric equipment E1 is disposed at a lower portion of a box-shaped portion inner space A, and an upper side electric equipment E2 is disposed at an upper portion thereof.
