PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method of adhered foreign matter and its device stably removing over a long period dust or minute foreign matter adhered on the surface of a sheet-like body, without depending on the kind or size of the foreign matter and without impairing the sheet-like body. SOLUTION: This removing device of dust or minute foreign matter adhered on the surface of a sheet-like body comprises a sheet-like antistatic means in the upstream side of a manufacturing process; an air jetting means jetting air at a passing position of the sheet-like body on a roll before winding up; and a sucking means installed on the opposite direction to the air jetting means.
