PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick which solves the problems that a user has to set a conventional stick against a wall and so on or set it on a hand rail using an inverted U-shaped hook and so on at the support part of the stick instead of his body when he or she wants to free his or her hand for other things because the grip of the stick is slick and slippy, the fabric of the pants is also slick, and his or her waistline is round. SOLUTION: The stick has an integrated shape of a one step lower crotch 2 and a grip 1 at the end of the grip. When a user wants to free his or her hand for other things, he or she can set and hold the crotch 2 against his crotch easily and put his weight ahead a little. The stick and both his or her legs support his pelvis as a tripod, the swing of the upper body is reduced, and his or her whole body can rest and relax while standing.
