PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incline a seat surface without giving a sitter a sense of discomfort. SOLUTION: When more air is supplied for airbags 40A and 40B than for airbags 40C and 40D, a plate member 20A mounted on the airbags 40A to 40D becomes higher on the side of the airbags 40A and 40B than on the side of the airbags 40C and 40D. When the sides of the airbags 40A and 40B become higher, a position of a hip part of the sitter becomes higher than that of the knees, so that the sitter comes to take a forward-bent posture. When more air is supplied for the airbags 40C and 40D than for the airbags 40A and 40B, the plate member 20A mounted on the airbags 40A to 40D becomes higher on the side of the airbags 40C and 40D than on the side of the airbags 40A and 40B. When the sides of the airbags 40C and 40D become higher, a position of the knee part of the sitter becomes higher than that of the hip part, so that the sitter comes to take a backward-bent posture.
