PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edema measuring gauge which is capable of measuring depth of a shiatsu trace formed in an edema quantitatively and easy to measure edemata and carry. SOLUTION: The edema measuring gauge is provided with: a gauge body 11 equipped with a top part abutting part 14 comprising a plane part which can be abutted so as to be built over a top part 31 around the shiatsu trace 30; and a measurement moving piece 12 which is movably supported by the gauge body 11, equipped with a measurement end part 23 which can be abutted to a center part 30a of the shiatsu trace 30 for one end side, and can protrude and house the measurement end part 23 in an orthogonal direction from the top part abutting part 14.
