PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any trouble caused by the static electricity charge of bank notes in a bank note conveying system in an ATM, and, in particular, to prevent any static electricity trouble during the storage of bank notes by detecting the electric potential of the bank notes in a stacker container and controlling the electric potential of the stacker container to the same electric potential as that of the bank notes. SOLUTION: In a stacker container 1 having a structure with a stacker inlet 9 from which bank notes are fed therefrom being formed in an upper part thereof, and bank notes being stacked in the container, a sensor electrode plate 7 is arranged in a vicinity of the bank notes to be stored, the electric potential of the sensor electrode plate 7 is detected by a detection circuit 12, the electric potential of an upper part 4 of a side plate and an upper plate 2 is controlled by a voltage control circuit 13. The sensor electrode plate 7 is arranged on a side surface of the container at the position of the upper end of the bank notes 8 to be stacked and stored in the container.
