PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered material sucking and recovering vehicle which can efficiently recover a powdered material into a receiver tank, has no possibility of generating scattering of the powdered material when the powdered material is discharged from the inside of the receiver tank, can efficiently recover, discharge and load to another vehicle the powdered material by a vehicle, and can be easily maintained. SOLUTION: The powdered material sucking and recovering vehicle includes the receiver tank 1 for storing a recovered article and a sucking device 2 for generating a sucking force for introducing the powdered material into the receiver tank. The receiver tank 1 is constituted by a hopper 11 with a cyclone and a hopper 12 with a bag filter whose inner spaces are connected with each other in series, and the hopper with the cyclone is arranged on the upstream side in the sucking direction and the hopper with the bag filter is arranged on the downstream side, and the respective hoppers include respective discharging openings for the recovered article.
