PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high workability even when parts-assembling work is carried out with doors mounted and to suppress the increase of the weight and cost of guide posts etc. in a transport truck with a lifting function which transports a car body by supporting it with support members using right and left guide posts. SOLUTION: This transport truck is provided with: a pair of the right and left guide posts 3, 4, which are provided vertically on a base 2 away from both right and left sides approximately at the center in the fore-and-aft direction of the car body A so as not to interfere with doors B, C in a state that the doors B, C of the car body are fully opened; a pair of the right and left support members 5, 6, which support the bottom portions of the right and left sides of the car body A protruding inward in the right and left direction from the guide posts 3, 4 and which is capable of going up and down along the guide posts 3, 4; and a connection member 7, which connects the support members 5, 6 to each other. The connection member 7 is positioned below the support member 5, 6 and the shape of the member consisting of the support members 5, 6 and the connection member 7 is approximately a U shape when viewed from the fore-and-aft direction. A recessed groove or a slot, to which a protruding ridge extending in the right and left direction on the bottom portion of the connection member is fitted, is formed on the base 2.
