PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder improved in change-over operability and user-friendliness, in particular. SOLUTION: The cup holder comprises a tray 2, and a holding means 3 to be changed over between a folding mode where it is folded on the tray 2 and a rising mode where it rises, the holding means 3 supporting a cup C at its peripheral portion in the rising mode. A rotor 4 is turnably assembled on the tray 2. The tray 2 and the rotor 4 are relatively turned to change over the holding means 3 between the folding mode and the rising mode.
