PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional empty can compressor, since the placement of an empty can at the edge of a spindle as a pivot between a pressing plate and a plinth is impossible, the principle of a lever can not be sufficiently exhibited. SOLUTION: Regarding the empty can compressor where, in an operational plate bent so as to be an L-shape and using the formed external angle face as a pressing part for an empty can and a plinth bent so as to be an L-shape and using the formed internal angle face as a mounting part for an empty can, a rolling spindle is provided at one end side of the plinth, and one end of the operational plate is pivoted, the pressing part and the mounting part formed at the edge of the spindle sufficiently exhibit the power of a lever, also, an empty can is fitted from three directions, so as to suppress its slipping-off, and further, a projection in a recessed part formed at the plinth can pass through the skins of fruits, so as to extract fruit juice.
