PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply apparatus using a plurality of pumps driven by a plurality of variable speed drive means and using the variable speed pumps suitable for automatically creating parameters and an operational expression required for pump operation control and terminal pressure constant control at a point of water supply unit required specifications (water volume Q0, total head H0). SOLUTION: The water supply apparatus comprises the plurality of variable speed pumps driven by the variable speed drive means and a water supply pipe 1, a pressure detection means attached to the water supply pipe 1, a means for setting a pressure target value desired by a water supply system, and a means for performing variable speed operation so that the pumps have a predetermined relation according to the pressure target value. The water supply apparatus has a means for automatically creating the operational expression of the terminal pressure constant control based on water supply unit requirement specification data inputted, and a means for storing the created operational expression. The water supply apparatus has a means for automatically creating the parameters necessary for the terminal pressure constant control, and a means for storing the created parameters.
