A method of cleaning dielectric media includes mainly ascending direction of flow and formation of three-dimensional flow pattern with different speeds by supplying the flow of liquid being cleaned through the channel of variable flowing section with dielectric sections and coming out electro-conductive sections of walls, creation of electric potential between adjacent electro-conductive sections of walls, subsequent periodic removal of pollution from the area of cleaning by discharge of pollution by gravity. Prior to the removal of pollution the supply of the flow is stopped and electric potential between adjacent electro-conductive sections of walls is removed. The liquid being cleaned is supplied to the area of cleaning at a speed, which is less than the rate of beginning of formation of vortexes behind salient walls of flowing channels. Aluminum is used as the material for salient electro-conductive sections of walls.
