<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving oversensitiveness to cold, widely usable for food and drink, feed, a medicinal supplement, a medicine and the like because of being high in safety and practicability in addition to having superior improving effect for oversensitiveness to cold. <P>SOLUTION: The blood flow improving composition is characterised by containing at least one selected from the group consisting of amla fruit, amla fruit juice, an extract of the amla fruit and an extract of the amla fruit juice, as an effective component.
