<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stiffened shoulders improving composition, widely usable for food and drink, medicinal supplement, medicine and the like, because of being high in safety and practicability in addition to having superior stiffened shoulders improving effect. <P>SOLUTION: The stiffened shoulders improving composition is characterised by containing at least one selected from the group consisting of amla fruit, amla fruit juice, an extract of the amla fruit and an extract of the amla fruit juice, as an effective component.
