PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in maintenance of a conventional air conditioning device, wherein a user does not find a detailed state of an air conditioning device, so that he or she is hard to find how to cope with upon an outbreak of abnormality, and has need to obtain the aid of a specialist by taking advantage of a support center, etc., and further a dedicated PC is required to connect to an air conditioning line in order to perform the maintenance of the air conditioning device.SOLUTION: A state of the air conditioning device is displayed on a remote control at hand 110 as a QR code 160(R), and the QR code 160 is read by an information terminal 150, so that it is possible to easily check and inspect state information of the air conditioning device and/or a way of action upon an outbreak of abnormality via the information terminal 150. |
