Amorphous cobicistat solid dispersion

The present disclosure relates to a solid dispersion of amorphous cobicistat and methods of its preparation. Cobicistat may be complexed with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier such as &bgr;-cyclodextrin or hydroxy! propyl &bgr;-cyclodextrin. The present disclosure also provides pharmaceutical formulations for administration to patients and methods of their use.
