PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retained water determination device which can detect that a water-sealed part in which drain water is temporarily retained is generated in a trap pipe which can trap the drain such as condensed water by a simple constitution, and a cogeneration system having the same.SOLUTION: A retained water determination device comprises: an upstream pipe 31 having conductivity; a downstream pipe 32 having conductivity; a first joint member 33 which has an electrical insulation property, and connects the upstream pipe 31 and the downstream pipe 32; a first electrode part 52 which can be electrified to the upstream pipe 31; and a second electrode part 53 which can be electrified to the downstream pipe 32. The first joint member 33 connects the upstream pipe 31 and the downstream pipe 32 in a state that an upstream-side opening end 320 of the downstream pipe 32 and a downstream-side opening end 310 of the upstream pipe 31 are separated from each other. Determination means is connected to the first electrode part 52 and the second electrode part 53 so as to be electrified, and determines whether or not the first electrode part 52 and the second electrode part 53 are in electrified states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
