PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric spacer reducing costs and excellent in workability, and a column base stationary structure.SOLUTION: In an eccentric spacer 1, an open hole 13 for anchor bolt insertion is formed at a position eccentric from a circle center, in a metal member in which a large column part 11 on an upper side and a small column part 12 on a lower side are integrally molded so as to have the same circle center. The plate thickness of a flange portion 11a of the large column part 11 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the small column part 12 is equal to or longer than a projection length of the flange portion 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
